Absolutely transformed my backyard. The most beautiful garden I've ever had!

Our AC went out after hours and TrueNorth Coastal Comfort saved the day. Tim showed up fast, figured out the compressor issue immediately, and walked me through exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Best part was he had the cold air back on in under half an hour. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable HVAC service here in Charleston.

Our AC went out on Sunday evening. With disabled wife this waa a big issue for us.I called Tim at 7am Monday and he called us right back but of course he already had a full schedule. instead of pushing us to the back of his day, he was at my door ar 745am! He found the problem quickly and had us back in AC by 845am..the price was very reasonable and he gave me an honest appraisal of the overall condition of our 11 year old system. Highly recommend TrueNorth and will absolutely use him from here on out...would give him TEN stars if that was an option....

I highly recommend Tim at TrueNorth as he both is professional and knowledgeable. Tim installed two new HVAC systems at our house in Charleston and the installation was trouble free and the units have ran flawlessly for three years now. When the A/C failed at our new house in Columbia, we had TrueNorth install a new system there as we received some divergent quotes from other contractors. Tim evaluated the current system and recommended increasing the duct size on our returns and the new system now works much better than before with increased air flow. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and honest HVAC contractor in the Charleston area, TruNorth should be your go to contractor.

Tim is fantastic, very competent and knowledgeable. He was referred to us by a friend who expects the best and we have not been disappointed. I had a problem on Sunday and he was out today, Monday and fixed it quickly. Just finished up with installation of a Bosch ground water source HVAC heat pump. ( our third unit since 1986) At this moment we’re enjoying the warmth in a deep dip of cold weather. Thus far our relationship with Tim Magoon’s Dependable Heating and Air has been extremely satisfying: fair pricing, prompt communication , excellent planning, craftsmanship, respect for property, cleanness, promptness. honesty, customer respect.

Top notch service, with rapid response, clear communication. Over the top results. Had a full upgrade to a 3.0 Ton system. Replaced air handler in a 4x4 space in the attic by himself. Installed an additional run for the return which looked great where the filter was installed, but functioned even better providing the expected values he targeted. No joke from time of call, within 28 hours, house was cold with new system installed, new return run, and thermostat, old units gone, in 98f heat. With the summer heat coming I wanted to make sure my hvac system was well maintained and free from any leaks or other issues. Dependable Heating and Air thoroughly inspected both the a/c and furnace, cleaned coils and checked all pressures to assure my system was in great working condition while communicating everything along the way.
